Visiting Research Scholar

The WHL hosts a small number of visiting scholars each year.  Scholars have the opportunity to contribute to the lab's efforts and to work independently on their own research projects, while participating in the intellectual life at Stanford.  The duration of the visit is determined by the successful applicant's needs, with the typical Scholar visiting for 1 year.

Visiting Scholar Applicant Requirements:

• Must hold a PhD, MD, or other advanced degree,
• Have a current appointment at another institution of higher learning,
• Have an interest in digital health topics that are aligned with the lab's work,
• And demonstrate proof of financial support sufficient for the entire length of the visit (Please Note: no payment or stipend is provided by the lab or by Stanford).
